摘要
目的探讨导乐式家庭化护理模式在自然分娩孕产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年12月于青岛大学附属山东省妇幼保健院待产的124例孕产妇,按照抽签法分为导乐组与对照组,每组各62例。导乐组采用导乐式家庭化护理模式,对照组采用常规分娩护理。比较两组总产程、分娩方式、疼痛程度、焦虑情绪及护理满意度。结果导乐组总产程短于对照组,自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。导乐组视觉模拟评分法评分及焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。导乐组各项护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论导乐式家庭化护理模式在自然分娩孕产妇中的应用效果较好,可有效缩短产程、提高自然分娩率,有利于缓解疼痛、改善负面情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Doula family nursing mode in natural delivery of pregnant women.Methods From March 2021 to December 2022,124 pregnant women who were waiting for delivery in Qingdao University Affiliated to Shandong Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into the Doula group and the control group according to the lottery method,with 62 cases in each group.The Doula group adopted Doula family nursing mode,and the control group adopted routine delivery nursing.Total labor course,delivery mode,pain degree,anxiety and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total labor course of the Doula group was shorter than that of the control group,and the natural delivery rate of the Doula group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of visual analogue scale and self-rating anxiety scale of the Doula group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).All nursing satisfaction in the Doula group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Doula family nursing mode has a good effect in the application of natural delivery of pregnant women,can effectively shorten the labor course,improve the rate of natural delivery,help relieve pain,improve negative emotions and nursing satisfactio n.
