摘要
随着国家双碳目标的推进,油气田企业逐步提升电气化率,减少化石能源的使用,进而促进热泵的广泛应用,但在现场出现热泵效率偏低的问题。为了分析原因并制定针对性整改措施,需要对系统进行准确、全面测试。热泵系统以逆循环方式,把难以应用的低品位热能利用起来达到节能目的。热泵系统主要由热泵机组、循环泵、冷却塔风机等组成,设备多、参数复杂,且没有统一的标准进行参考。通过对热泵系统的分析,明确测试项目、测点布置以及测试评价指标,同时编制测试装置的方案,保证测试过程的科学准确,指导油气田热泵系统的使用。利用此装置对采油单位热泵进行测试,全年综合性能系数为4.45,具有较好的替代效果。
With the promotion of national carbon peaking and carbon neutral targets,oil and gas field enterprises are gradually increasing their electrification rate,reducing the use of fossil fuels,and promoting the widespread application of heat pumps.However,there is an issue of low efficiency of heat pump on site.In order to analyze the reasons and formulate targeted rectification measures,it is necessary to conduct accurate and comprehensive testing of the system.The heat pump system,with reverse-cycle mode,is utilized low-grade heat energy that is difficult to apply,which achieves the purpose of energy conservation.The heat pump system is mainly composed of heat pump units,circu-lating pumps,cooling tower fans and so on.There are many devices and the parameter is complex,but there is no uniform standard for reference.Through the analysis of heat pump system,the testing program,measuring point layout,and test evaluation indicators are clarified.The scheme of testing devices is also prepared to ensure that the testing process is scientific and accurate and to guide the use of heat pump systems in oil and gas field.This device is used to test the heat pump by oil production units with annual comprehensive performance coefficient of 4.45,which has a good substitution effect.
