15-5PH不锈钢在580℃时效过程中的析出强化行为 被引量:3

摘要 对15-5PH不锈钢进行了1040℃×1 h水冷的固溶处理,随后于580℃时效不同时间。利用维氏硬度计、光学显微镜和原子探针层析技术(atom probe tomography,APT)研究了不锈钢时效过程中析出相演变规律及其对硬度的影响。结果表明:时效初期,15-5PH不锈钢的硬度迅速上升并在时效5 min后达到峰值411.0 HV0.5,随后快速下降。时效5 min的钢中富Cu相的数量密度大,强化作用明显,硬度达到峰值。随着时效时间的延长,富Cu相逐渐粗化,强化作用减弱,硬度迅速下降。时效过程中Nb(C,N)颗粒与富Cu相分布在相邻位置,且随着时效时间的延长,铌碳氮化物不断析出长大,元素富集程度不断提高。 The 15-5PH stainless steel was solution treated by heating at 1040℃for 1 h and cooled in water,and then aged at 580℃for different times.After this,Vickers hardness tester,optical microscope and atom probe tomography(APT)were used to study the evolution of the precipitates during aging and their effects on hardness.The results showed that the hardness of 15-5PH stainless steel increased rapidly at the initial stage of aging and reached the peak value of 411.0 HV0.5 after aging for 5 min,and then decreased quickly.The number density of Cu-rich phases in the steel aged for 5 min was high,resulting in evident hardening effect,and the hardness reached maximum value.With the increase in aging time,the Cu-rich phases coarsened gradually,leading to a weakening of the strengthening effect,and a rapid decrease in hardness.The Nb(C,N)particles were adjacent to Cu-rich phases during aging,and with the increase in aging time,niobium carbonitrides were continuously precipitated and grew,and the degree of element enrichment increased.
