思维导图在中医院校规范化培训住院医师急诊医学批判性思维能力培养的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨思维导图在住院医师急诊医学规范化培训中培养批判性思维的效果。方法 随机选择2017年8月-2019年1月112名在长春中医药大学附属医院急诊科轮转学习的住院医师规范化培训学员作为研究对象,实验组运用思维导图进行以问题为中心的急救理论及实训培训,对照组运用传统教学法。培训后采用批判性思维量表、自主学习能力测评表、迷你临床演练评估表对2组学员进行分析和评价。结果 实验组在考核中抢救成功率、迷你临床演练得分、批判性思维量表总分及自主学习能力评价6个方面得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在急诊医学培训中运用思维导图,能够提高中医住院医师批判性思维能力及临床综合能力。 Objective To explore the critical thinking training effect of mind mapping in standardized training of emergency medicine for residents.Methods From August 2017 to January 2019,112 standardized training students of residents who were rotating in the emergency department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were randomly selected as the research objects.The experimental group conducted problem-centered first-aid theory and practical training with mind mapping,while the control group applied traditional teaching methods.After the training,the critical thinking scale,self-learning ability evaluation form and Mini-CEX exercise evaluation form were used to analyze and evaluate the two groups of students.Results The success rate of rescue,score of Mini-CEX exercise,total score of critical thinking scale and independent learning ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping can improve the critical thinking ability and clinical comprehensive ability of traditional Chinese medicine residents in emergency medicine training.
