摘要
目的:分析胎心监护仪以及彩色多普勒超声在胎儿窘迫中的诊断效能。方法:将2022年1月~12月本院收治的88例出现胎儿窘迫的产妇作为对照组纳入本次研究,再将同期88例未出现胎儿窘迫的产妇作为观察组,两组产妇均通过彩色多普勒超声以及胎心监护仪进行干预,评价两种方式的诊断效能。结果:①观察组大脑中动脉的收缩末期峰值/舒张末期峰值(S/D)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)以及收缩期峰值流速(PSV)水平较之于对照组显著更高,但是RI以及PI的水平却显著更低(P<0.05);②和对照组比较,观察组S/D、EDV以及PSV的指标水平显著更低,但是RI以及PI的水平却显著更高(P<0.05);③经过比较显示,胎心监护仪最终检测结果较之于彩色多普勒超声结果更低,但是差异不明显(P>0.05),而两者联合检测的最终检出率明显比单一检测的效果更高(P<0.05);④对照组显示胎心异常率显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声以及胎心监护仪对于胎儿窘迫均有较高的诊断价值,要想进一步提高检出率,可以将两种监测方法进行联合使用。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of fetal heart monitor and color Doppler ultrasound in fetal distress.Methods:A total of 88 women with fetal distress who gave birth in our hospital from January to December 2022 were included in this study as the control group,and 88 women without fetal distress during the same period were included as the observation group.The two groups of women were interfered with color Doppler ultrasound and fetal heart monitor to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods.Results:①The levels of S/D,EDV and PSV in the middle cerebral artery of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,but the levels of RI and PI were significantly lower(P<0.05);②Compared with the control group,the levels of S/D,EDV and PSV in the observation group were significantly lower,but the levels of RI and PI were significantly higher(P<0.05);③After comparison,the final detection result of fetal heart monitor was lower than that of color Doppler ultrasound,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),and the final detection rate of the two combined detection was significantly higher than that of single detection(P<0.05);④The abnormal rate of fetal heart in control group was significantly lower than that in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both color Doppler ultrasound and fetal heart monitor have high diagnostic value for fetal distress.In order to further improve the detection rate,the two monitoring methods can be combined.
