摘要
通过知网检索关于民办高校转型方面的学术论文发现,学者们认为民办高校向应用型转变是新时代背景下民办高校高质量发展的必然选择,转型的核心是创新应用型人才培养模式,要建立以提高实践能力为引领的对接企业的人才培养模式。据此,提出具体措施:完善配套政策,提供系统保障;实施“双师工程”,建设“文武双全”的师资队伍;改变静态课程体系,构建动态课程体系。
Through searching academic papers on the transformation of private universities on CNKI,scholars believe that the transformation of private universities to an applied type is an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of private universities in the new era.The core of transformation is to innovate the cultivation mode of applied talents,and to establish a talent cultivation mode led by improving practical abilities that connects with enterprises.Based on that,this paper proposes specific measures,including the improvement of supporting policies and providing systematic guarantees,the implementation of"Double Teacher Project"to build a teaching staff with both cultural and military skills,and the change of the static curriculum system to build a dynamic curriculum system.
