摘要
采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸的混合微乳液经悬浮聚合法一步制备出含—COO^(-)的亲水性磁性Fe3O4复合微球。对样品的形貌和结构进行表征,研究了pH、温度、亚甲基蓝(MB)初始质量浓度及吸附时间对复合微球吸附率的影响。结果表明:磁性复合微球粒径约300nm,有效磁含量约85%,表面Zeta电位约为-47.53mV,在水中具有良好的分散性和超顺磁性,能够对水体中的MB进行吸附分离;吸附行为符合准二级动力学方程,有效吸附的pH范围较宽,受环境温度影响较小,对初始质量浓度为10mg/L的MB吸附效率可达98.75%,吸附速率常数随MB初始质量浓度升高而减小,最大吸附量约为91mg/g,重复利用5次吸附率均超过91%。
Hydrophilic magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4) composite microspheres containing—COO^(-) were prepared in one step using a mixed microemulsion of methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid by suspension polymerization.The morphology and structure of the samples were characterized,and the effects of pH,temperature,initial mass concentration of methylene blue(MB)and adsorption time on the adsorption efficiency of composite microspheres were studied.The results showed that the particle size of the sample microspheres was about 300 nm,the effective magnetic content was about 85%,and the surface Zeta potential was about-47.53mV.It had good dispersion and superparamagnetism in water,which could adsorb and separate MB in water.The adsorption behavior conformed to the quasi-secondary kinetic equation,and the effective adsorption pH range was wide and less affected by ambient temperature.The adsorption efficiency of MB with an initial mass concentration of 10 mg/L could reach 98.75%.The adsorption rate constant decreased with the increase of the initial mass concentration of MB,and the maximum adsorption capacity was about 91mg/g.The adsorption rate could reach more than 91%after reuse for 5 times.
