摘要
主要研究掺入膨润土的低弹性模量水泥浆的流变性能,通过对萘系减水剂进行梯度实验发现在超掺的情况下才能保证低弹性模量水泥浆达到与普通水泥浆相同的流动度,此时低弹性模量水泥浆的其他性能(如泌水等)受到负面影响。通过加入氯化钾、尿素、柠檬酸、聚乙二醇等抗泥吸附材料在膨润土表面形成竞争吸附来降低萘系减水剂掺量,结果表明,抗泥吸附材料的加入可以增大水泥浆流动度,同时也提高流动度经时损失(1h),满足塑性混凝土施工要求。
This article mainly studies the rheological properties of low elastic modulus cement slurry mixed with bentonite.Through gradient experiments on naphthalene series water reducing agents,it was found that only in the case of excessive addition,the low elastic modulus cement slurry can achieve the same fluidity as ordinary cement slurry.At this time,other properties of low elastic modulus cement slurry(such as bleeding)are negatively affected.Therefore,by adding anti mud adsorption materials such as potassium chloride,urea,citric acid,and polyethylene glycol to form competitive adsorption on the surface of bentonite,the dosage of naphthalene based water reducing agents can be reduced.The results indicate that the addition of anti mud adsorption materials can increase the fluidity of cement slurry and also increase the loss of fluidity over time(1 hour),meeting the requirements of plastic concrete construction.
