摘要
介绍了精密焊管的制造技术以及主要产品标准、技术要求和应用发展情况;探讨了精密焊管的制造模式;分析了精密焊管发展面对的挑战与机遇。指出,作为焊管质量升级、品种及功能化拓展的精密焊管,在适应低碳化市场、多品种制造和功能化应用等方面具有较强优势,受到机械加工、汽车制造等行业的较多关注,其产品制造技术的经济化、应用的功能化提升成为赢得市场的良好契机。
Described here in the paper are the precision weld pipe manufacture technology,and the development status of the standard,the technical requirement and the application of the main products.Also discussed is the manufacture mode for the said weld pipe.And analyzed are both the challenge and the opportunity as the said weld pope development is facing.The precision weld pipe as the object of quality upgrade,variety and functionalization expansion has strong advantages in terms of suitability to the low carbonized market manufacturing multi product types and functionalization application,etc.,and thus has got more attentions from such industrial fields as machinery processing and automobile manufacture and so on,and in turn the product manufacture technology economization and the enhancement of the product application functionalization of the precision weld pipe have become a good opportunity to win the market.
