摘要
目的探讨细胞角蛋白19抗原21-1(CYFRA21-1)、细胞周期蛋白E(CyclinE)、微小RNA-451(miRNA-451)在膀胱癌中的表达及意义。方法选取郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的60例膀胱癌患者作为膀胱癌组,选取同期60例泌尿系良性疾病患者作为良性疾病组,60例健康体检者作为对照组。比较三组研究对象CYFRA21-1、CyclinE、miRNA-451水平,比较不同临床特征膀胱癌患者CYFRA21-1、CyclinE、miRNA-451水平,ROC曲线分析CYFRA21-1、CyclinE、miRNA-451单独及联合检测诊断膀胱癌的价值。结果膀胱癌组CYFRA21-1、CyclinE水平高于良性疾病组和对照组,良性疾病组高于对照组;膀胱癌组miRNA-451低于良性疾病组和对照组,良性疾病组低于对照组;不同肿瘤分期膀胱癌患者CYFRA21-1、CyclinE、miRNA-451水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CYFRA21-1、CyclinE、miRNA-451联合检测诊断膀胱癌的AUC值高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(ZCYFRA21-1~联合检测=3.400,ZCyclinE~联合检测=3.581,ZmiRNA-451~联合检测=3.279,P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌患者中CYFRA21-1、CyclinE呈高表达,miRNA-451呈低表达,其表达与肿瘤分期有关,CYFRA21-1、CyclinE、miRNA-451联合检测有助于早期诊断膀胱癌。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cytokeratin 19 antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1),Cyclin E,and micrornA-451(miRNA-451)in bladder cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with bladder cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the bladder cancer group,60 patients with benign diseases of the urinary system were selected as the benign disease group,and 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of CYFRA21-1,CyclinE,and miRNA-451 in the three groups were compared,and the levels of CYFRA21-1,CyclinE,and miRNA-451 in patients with bladder cancer with different clinical characteristics were compared.ROC curve was used to analyze the value of CYFRA21-1,CyclinE,and miRNA-451 alone and in combination in the diagnosis of bladder cancer.Results CYFRA21-1 and CyclinE levels in the bladder cancer group were higher than those in the benign disease group and control group,and those in the benign disease group were higher than the control group.miRNA-451 in the bladder cancer group was lower than that in the benign disease group and control group,and the benign disease group was lower than the control group.There were significant differences in CYFRA21-1,CyclinE,and miRNA-451 levels in bladder cancer patients with different tumor stages(P<0.05).The AUC value of CYFRA21-1,CyclinE,and miRNA-451 combined detection in the diagnosis of bladder cancer was higher than that of single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(ZCYFRA21-1 combined detection=3.400,ZCyclinE combined detection=3.581,ZmiRNA-451~combined detection=3.279,P<0.05).Conclusions CYFRA21-1 and CyclinE are highly expressed in patients with bladder cancer,while miRNA-451 is a low expression,which is related to the tumor stage.Combined detection of CYFRA21-1,CyclinE,and miRNA-451 is helpful for early diagnosis of bladder cancer.
