摘要
针对老旧小区电力容量不足的问题,对目前老旧小区供配电改造方法进行了总结分析,提出交流直流混合供电“柔性调节”改造方案。该方案通过加装光伏和储能系统构建建筑微电网,并对电动汽车充电、电采暖等可调负荷进行柔性调节,以变压器容量安全为约束,优化建筑配电网运行策略和系统容量配置,为建筑供配电设计改造提供支撑。将提出改造方案和常规方案进行了比较,提出方案在变压器容量安全和储能系统容量降低两个方面具有较好的优势,可实现老旧小区的用电安全和绿色低碳。该改造方法达到了区域内建筑电力负荷增长但无需扩容的目的,适用于扩容难、改造难的老旧小区,有助于改善居民用电质量,助力城市更新的实现。
Aiming at the insufficient power capacity in old residential areas,the current power distribution renewal methods in old residential areas have been summarized and analyzed,and a“load flexible regulation”renewal plan for AC-DC hybrid power supply is proposed.The plan builds a microgrid by adding photovoltaic and energy storage systems,and flexibly regulates adjustable loads,including electric vehicle charging,electric heating,etc.With the safety of transformer capacity as the constraint,the operation strategy and system capacity configuration are optimized to provide support for the design and transformation of building power supply distribution system.Finally,the renewal plan is compared with the conventional plans.The proposed plan has good advantages in terms of transformer capacity safety and energy storage system capacity reduction,and can realize electricity safety and green and low carbon in old residential areas.The renewal method achieves the purpose of not needing capacity expansion when the load of buildings increases,and is suitable for old residential areas where it is difficult to expand the capacity of transformers,which can improve residential power supply quality and contribute to the urban renewal.
