压力容器球形封头椭圆的校正方法 被引量:1

摘要 压力容器制造过程中,采用热成形的球形封头回厂进行性能热处理后,通常会出现变形,导致封头圆度超差无法满足后续的配作加工要求。结合不同壁厚封头实际情况,利用现有资源条件进行技术攻关,摸索出两种校正方法用于封头成形后不能返回封头厂校正的情形,以减小其椭圆度,最终满足封头与筒体对接A类焊缝的错边量要求。其中水压机校正方案还可用于锻件筒体变形的修复实践,千斤顶校正技术已应用到波动管成形与校正实践中,拓宽了产品制造技术。 In the manufacturing process of pressure vessels,after the hot-formed spherical head has been returned to the factory for performance heat treatment,deformation usually occurs,resulting in the roundness of the head exceeding the tolerance,which cannot meet the subsequent processing requirements.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of heads with different wall thicknesses,technical research have been carried out by the existing resource conditions,and two correction methods have been explored for the situation that the head can not return to the head factory for adjustment after forming,so as to reduce its ovality and finally meet the requirements of the amount of misalignment of type A weld between the head and the cylinder.The correction scheme of hydraulic press can also be used for the repair practice of forging cylinder deformation.The jack correction technology has been applied to the forming and correction practice of wave tube,which broadens the product manufacturing technology.
