摘要
中国特色教育帮扶在脱贫攻坚中发挥了基础性、先导性和全局性作用,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识奠定了坚实的物质基础、社会基础和思想基础。西部地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的现实困境一是教育内容的系统性和科学性有待加强,二是教育形式的多样性和协同性仍需提高,三是教育资源的充足性和稳定性亟须保障。教育帮扶不仅在促进西部地区经济发展、增强困难群体的幸福感和认同感等方面作出突出贡献,还有效改善了西部地区教育基本面貌,有助于提升教育现代化水平。面向西部地区教育发展的一系列涉及改善硬件条件和丰富软件资源的帮扶政策先后出台和贯彻执行,为破解西部地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的现实困境提供重要思路。教育帮扶视角下西部地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的完善与优化,应以提升教育质量和提高教育现代化水平为根本,完善教育内容、丰富教育形式、补充教育资源,把铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育抓实做细,做到有形、有感和有效。
Educational assistance with Chinese characteristics has played a basic,guiding and overall role in poverty alleviation,laying solid material foundation,social and ideological foundation for solidifying the community sense of the Chinese nation.The practical dilemmas of the education on solidifying the community sense of the Chinese nation in western China include the following aspects:first,the systematic and scientific content of education needs to be strengthened;second,the diversity and synergy of education forms need to be improved;thirdly,the adequacy and stability of educational resources urgently need to be guaranteed.Educational assistance has not only made outstanding contributions to promoting the economic development of the western region and enhancing the happiness and sense of identity of people in poverty stricken areas,but also effectively improved the basic quality of education in the western region and raised the level of education modernization.A series of supporting policies for the development of education in the western region involving improvement of hardware conditions and enrichment of software resources have been introduced and implemented successively,which provided ideas and space for solving the realistic dilemma of the education on solidifying the community sense of the Chinese nation in the western region.From the perspective of educational assistance,the improvement and optimization of education in western China should be based on improvement of education quality and modernization level,improvement of education content,enrichment of education forms,and supplementation of education resources,so as to make education on solidifying community sense of the Chinese nation to be concrete,detailed,tangible,sensible and effective.
