钢筋混凝土框架柱加固方案设计与施工要点分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章针对既有建筑结构加固改造问题,结合某钢筋混凝土框架结构加固改造工程实例,提出了框架柱外包角钢法加固方案。利用通用有限元软件ABAQUS对加固前后结构进行对比分析,在分级加载的情况下,定量分析加固前后框架柱的承载力、刚度、破坏模式和内力分布特征等,得到最优加固方案。结果表明:采用外包角钢法可以有效解决既有钢筋混凝土框架结构承载力和安全性不足等问题。经过有限元计算优化后发现,采用外包角钢法加固后的框架柱内力均匀分布,塑性区域减小,结构承载力和延性分别提升了212.32%和71.69%。加固方案总成本为738元/m2,具有较高的经济效益和可行性。结合实际工程应用效果,该加固方法能满足工程改造需求,具有工程领域应用的可行性。 Aiming at the reinforcement and reconstruction of existing building structures,combined with an example of a reinforced concrete frame structure reinforcement and reconstruction project,a frame column reinforcement scheme with angle steel-encasing method is proposed.The general finite element software ABAQUS is used to compare and analyze the structure before and after reinforcement.In the case of graded loading,the bearing capacity,stiffness,failure mode and internal force distribution characteristics of the frame column before and after reinforcement are quantitatively analyzed,and the optimal reinforcement scheme is obtained.The results show that the angle steel-encasing method can effectively solve the problems of insufficient bearing capacity and safety of existing reinforced concrete frame structures.After finite element calculation and optimization,it is found that the internal force of the frame column reinforced by angle steel-encasing method is evenly distributed,the plastic area is reduced,and the bearing capacity and ductility of the structure are increased by 212.32%and 71.69%respectively.The total cost of the reinforcement scheme is 738 yuan/m2,which has high economic benefit and feasibility.Combined with the actual engineering application effect,the reinforcement method can meet the needs of engineering reconstruction and has the feasibility of engineering application.
