摘要
人们对医疗服务的关注度逐渐升高,就诊满意度成为衡量医疗服务水平的一项重要指标,医疗机构一方面努力提高自身的医疗质量,另一方面又尽可能满足患者的服务需求,成为现代医疗机构面对的共同难题。为了提高自身的市场竞争力,医疗机构必须进行服务体制创新,以患者的需求为根本出发点,充分发挥自身的行业优势,实现医疗创新服务,实现医疗创新服务的根本在与学科整合始终坚持以人为基本原则,是充分保障医疗病痛患者健康和利益的发展朝向。与此同时有益于推进专业学科发展,全面发掘医学专业科学的核心实质和内容,是医学发展的主流趋向。本文中,笔者对医学临床学科结构全面整合方式和方向,包括将来发展趋向展开了全面分析,主要目的在于为将来学科整合实践供应模仿参考。
People's attention to medical services has gradually increased,and medical satisfaction has become an important indicator to measure the level of medical services.On the one hand,medical institutions strive to improve their own medical quality,on the other hand,they try to meet the service needs of patients,which has become a common problem faced by modern medical institutions.In order to improve their market competitiveness,medical institutions must carry out service system innovation,take the needs of patients as the fundamental starting point,give full play to their own industrial advantages,realize medical innovative services,and realize the fundamental integration of medical innovative services with disciplines.Adhering to the peopleoriented principle is the development direction to further protect the health and interests of patients,and at the same time help promote the development of disciplines,and deeply explore the essence and connotation of medical science.It is an inevitable trend of medical development.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the mode,direction and future development trend of the integration of medical clinical discipline structure,in order to provide reference for the practice of future discipline integration.
