低渗、高含水油藏用复合调剖堵水凝胶室内研究 被引量:7

Indoor Study on Composite Profile Control and Plugging Gel for Low Permeability and High Water-bearing Reservoirs

摘要 为了控制油气井的高产水问题,研究了由聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和壳聚糖组成的堵水凝胶体系在储层条件下的流变性,评估了壳聚糖脱乙酰度、温度和盐度对凝胶行为的影响。所研究体系在环境条件下制备,并在50~125℃的变化温度下老化24 h。考虑了流变响应和初始黏度的影响,确定了PAM和壳聚糖的最佳质量分数分别为5%和0.5%。此外,结果表明脱水率随脱乙酰度的增加而增加,表明凝胶具有长期的热稳定性。氯化铵是聚丙烯酰胺/壳聚糖凝胶剂的有效缓凝剂,当质量分数为2%时,可将凝胶化时间从60 min延迟至210 min,但严重影响最终的凝胶强度。壳聚糖可以作为商业聚乙烯亚胺交联剂的替代品,壳聚糖/聚丙烯酰胺体系表现出良好的流变性能,具有作为高温油气井绿色堵漏剂的潜力。 In order to prevent and control the problem of high water production in oil and gas wells,the rheological properties of a gel system composed of polyacrylamide and chitosan under reservoir conditions were studied.The effects of chitosan deacetylation degree,temperature,and salinity on the gel behavior were evaluated.The studied system was prepared under ambient conditions and aged for 24 h with varying temperatures ranging from 50 ℃ to 125 ℃.The optimum mass fractions of PAM and chitosan were determined to be 5% and 0.5%,respectively,considering the rheological response and initial viscosity.Additionally,the results indicated that the degree of dehydration increased with the increase of the deacetylation degree,indicating long-term thermal stability of the gel.Ammonium chloride was found to be an effective retarder for the PAM/chitosan gel,delaying the gelation time from 60 min to 210 min when added at mass fraction of 2%;however,it severely compromised the final gel strength.Chitosan can be used as an alternative to commercial polyethyleneimine crosslinker,and the chitosan/PAM system shows good rheological properties and potential as a green plugging agent for high-temperature oil and gas wells.
