摘要
语言多样性在海南自贸港多元文化的保护、传承和交流,经济发展和乡村振兴,生态文明建设等方面具有重要意义。青少年的语言多样性现状是检验一个地区语言生态的重要手段。以生态语言学为理论基础,通过问卷和访谈调查发现:海南省中小学生的多语多言能力发展不均衡,方言能力明显减弱;不同语域下的语言使用单一,方言使用空间明显缩小;语言态度上重语言物质价值,轻语言精神价值。构建海南自贸港和谐、健康、可持续发展的语言生态,一要促进青少年多语多言能力的均衡发展,提高方言能力;二要促进青少年不同语域下的语言使用多样化,扩大方言的使用空间;三要客观看待语言的物质和精神价值,纠正对方言的偏见态度。
Linguistic diversity is of great significance to the protection,inheritance and exchange of cultural diversity,economic development and rural revitalization,as well as the construction of ecological civilization for Hainan Free Trade Port(FTP).The linguistic diversity of teenagers is an important means to understand the linguistic ecology of a region.Based on the theory of ecolinguistics,and through questionnaires and interview surveys,it is found that the multilingual abilities of primary and secondary school students in Hainan Province are not equally developed,with obvious weaker ability in dialect.Under different registers,their language use is single and the space for speaking dialect is rather limited.For language attitudes,they attach importance to the material value of language,while neglect their spiritual value.In order to build a harmonious,healthy and sustainable language ecology for Hainan FTP,it is necessary not only to promote the balanced development of young people's multilingual ability and improve their dialect ability,but also to promote the diversification of their language use in different registers and expand the space for speaking dialects.Furthermore,it is also necessary to understand the material and spiritual values of language objectively and correct the biased attitude towards local dialects.
