摘要
目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗对老年阴道炎患者临床效果。方法源于2021年10月~2022年11月本院收治的老年阴道炎患者200例。随机归为对照组(100例)、观察组(100例)。对照组给予常规抗生素联合戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊,两组均持续治疗10d。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、阴道微生态情况,治疗前后阴道菌群分布。结果治疗总有效率:观察组97.00%,对照组86.00%(P<0.05);观察组PH值>4.6、过氧化氢、白细胞酯酶、唾液酸苷酶、脯氨酸氨基肽酶、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶阳性率均低(P<0.05);与治疗前相比较,治疗后两组患者乳杆菌分布更广泛,肠杆菌、白色念珠菌分布更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗有助于调节老年阴道炎患者阴道PH值,提高治疗效果,改善微生态环境。
Objective:To investigate the effects of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule adjuvant therapy on clinical symptoms and vaginal microecology in elderly patients with vaginitis.Methods:200 subjects were from elderly patients with vaginitis admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022,and were divided into the control group(100 cases)and the observation group(1o0 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics combined with estradiol valerate,and the observation group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 10 days continuously.The clinical efficacy,vaginal microecology and the distribution of vaginal microflora before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.00% in the observation group and 86.00% in the control group(P<0.05),PH value>4.6,positive rates of hydrogen peroxide,leucocyte esterase,sialoglycosidase,proline aminopeptidase and acetylglucosaminase were low in observation group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the distribution of Lactobacillus was more extensive,and the distribution of enterobacter and Candida albicans was less in the two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule adjuvant therapy is helpful to adjust the vaginal PH value of elderly patients with vaginitis,improve the therapeutic effect and improve the micro-ecological environment.
