摘要
本试验采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法对乳制品中的锡进行测定。结果表明,锡在0~200 ng·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,线性方程为y=50.096x+147.451,相关系数R2=0.999461。检出限、定量限、精密度均低于国标方法要求。此方法灵敏度高、重复性好、回收率高,可用于日常监管中乳制品检验检测分析。
In this experiment,microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used to determine tin in dairy products.The results showed that the linear relationship of tin in the range of 0~200 ng·mL^(-1) was good,the linear equation was y=50.096x+147.451,and the correlation coefficient was R2=0.999461.The detection limit,quantification limit and precision were all lower than the national standard method.This method has high sensitivity,good repeatability and high recovery rate,which can be used for the analysis of dairy products in daily supervision.
