难沉降煤泥水絮凝沉降特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 对于难沉降煤泥水处理,采用不同类型絮凝剂、絮凝剂组合试验以及凝聚剂和絮凝剂组合试验的方式,以期得到较好的沉降效果。结果表明,单独使用絮凝剂时,沉降速度较快,但上层清液较浑浊,微细颗粒不能有效沉降。采用不同类型絮凝剂组合试验,试验效果与单独使用变化不大,不存在协同交互作用,但可以明确阴离子分子量1 200万絮凝剂使用效果较为显著。将阴离子分子量1 200万絮凝剂与不同凝聚剂进行组合试验,可以发现,凝聚剂对沉降速度影响为负效应,凝聚剂用量增加,沉降速度降低,但上清液澄清,这可能与凝聚剂影响絮团大小有关。 For the difficult sedimentation of coal slime water,different types of flocculants,flocculant combination tests and coagulant and flocculant combination tests are used to obtain better sedimentation effect.The results showed that the settling speed was faster when the flocculant was used alone,but the supernatant was turbid and the fine particles could not settle effectively.By using different types of flocculant combination tests,the test results do not change much from those used alone,and there is no synergistic interaction.However,it can be determined that the flocculant with anionic molecular weight of 12 million has a significant effect.The combination test of anionic flocculant with molecular weight of 12 million and different coagulants shows that the coagulant has a negative effect on the settling speed.With the increase of the amount of coagulant,the settling speed decreases,but the supernatant is clear,which may be related to the influence of the coagulant on the floc size.
