摘要
目的:探究小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合氨溴特罗对支气管肺炎患儿的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年1月黄冈市妇幼保健院收治的80例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,利用掷硬币法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予氨溴特罗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小儿肺热咳喘颗粒治疗。比较两组用药后的疗效、症状改善时间、炎症指标、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平低于对照组,T淋巴细胞亚群指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状改善时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿肺热咳喘颗粒与氨溴特罗联合用于支气管肺炎患儿的治疗中,可以减轻患儿的炎症反应,调节患儿的免疫功能,促进患儿的临床症状改善,从而提升治疗效果,且疗效安全可靠。
Objective:To explore the effect of Xiao’er Feire Kechuan Granules combined with Ambroxol on children with bronchopneumonia.Method:A total of 80 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Huanggang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by the coin flipping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ambroxol,while the observation group was treated with Xiao’er Feire Kechuan Granules on the basis of the control group.Compared the efficacy after medication,symptom improvement time,inflammatory indicators,T lymphocyte subsets(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xiao’er Feire Kechuan Granules and Ambroxol in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia can reduce the inflammatory response,regulate the immune function of the children,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,and improve the treatment effect,the therapeutic effect is safe and reliable.
