摘要
漳村煤矿2603工作面在回采前期频繁出现煤层顶板冒落、煤墙片帮等问题,造成工作面推进速度很慢;对工作面冒顶及煤壁片帮原因进行分析,认为引起冒顶及煤壁片帮的关键因素是工作面复合顶板破碎、煤体松软,且具有塑性流动特点;拟定采用现场观测及数值模拟分析等方法对该工作面煤壁及复合顶板进行深孔注浆加固及注浆层位进行技术探讨;在工作面两巷实施煤体深孔预注浆加固工艺,顺利解决复合顶板软弱所带来的问题,保障了该工作面的安全高效生产。
Aiming at the slow advancing speed due to the roof fall and coal wall rib spalling in early stage of mining at 2603 working face of Zhangcun Colliery,the author proposes the deep-hole grouting reinforcement and layered grouting in coal wall and compound roof through field observation and numerical simulation after determining the the roof fall and coal wall rib spalling caused by the broken roof and soft coal body of plastic flow characteristics,which can solve the problems caused by the weakness of compound roof and guarantee the safe and high-efficiency production in the working face.
