连环湖铁哈拉泡中浮游动物群落的结构及其影响因素研究 被引量:2

Structure of Zooplankton Community and Its Influence Factors in Tiehala Lake of Lianhuan Lake

摘要 为了研究连环湖铁哈拉泡中浮游植物群落的结构及其影响因素,于2021年4月15日、7月15日、10月16日和2022年1月6日,在连环湖铁哈拉泡,开展了浮游动物调查;采用浮游植物群落的丰度和多样性指数,评估铁哈拉泡水体的污染状况;采用Spearman相关分析和冗余分析方法,分析浮游动物优势物种丰度与环境因素之间的关系。调查期间,在连环湖铁哈拉泡的6个采样点,共记录58种浮游动物,包括9种原生动物、22种轮虫、14种枝角类和13种桡足类浮游动物;7月15日,铁哈拉泡水体中的浮游动物的物种数量(43种)最多,1月6日,其物种数量(22种)最少;4个采样日6个采样点的浮游动物丰度的平均值为1005.41 ind./L,生物量的平均值为1.67 mg/L;铁哈拉泡浮游动物群落结构季节变化显著,4月枝角类的简弧象鼻溞(Bosmina coregoni)、7月枝角类的方形网纹溞(Ceriodaphina quadrangula)、10月枝角类的透明溞(Daphina hyalina)和1月桡足类的广布中剑水蚤(Mesocyclops leuckarti)表现出较大优势;铁哈拉泡水体属于贫或中营养、中污型水体;水温、水体pH、水体中氨氮含量是影响浮游动物群落结构的关键环境因素。 On April 15,July 15,October 16,2021 and January 6,2022,the zooplankton in Tiehala Lake were investigated,and the structure of zooplankton community was studied,and the influence factors on zooplankton community were analyzed.The results showed that 58 species of zooplankton were recorded at 6 sampling points in Tiehala Lake,Lianhuan Lake,including 9 species of protozoa,22 species of rotifers,14 species of cladocera and 13 species of copepods.On July 15,the number of zooplankton species(43 species)was the highest,and on January 6,the number of zooplankton species(22 species)was the lowest.The average of zooplankton abundance was 1005.41 ind./L,the average of zooplankton biomass was 1.67 mg/L,the average of protozoa abundance was the highest,and the averages of cladocera and copepod biomass were higher.Seasonal variation of zooplankton community structure in Tiehala Lake was remarkable.Bosmina coregoni of Cladocera in April,Ceriodaphina quadrangula of Cladocera in July,Daphina hyalina of Cladocera in October and Mesocyclops leuckarti of Copepods in January had great superiority.The water body of Tiehala Lake belonged to water body of poor or medium nutrition,and medium pollution type.The water temperature,pH and ammonia nitrogen content of the water body were the key factors affecting zooplankton community structure.
