摘要
动涡盘是电动压缩机的核心零件,其结构复杂,精度要求高,必须采用精密的数控加工技术,才能满足其性能要求。考虑到动涡盘结构的复杂性,采用自动编程的方法。首先使用Mastercam软件对动涡盘进行三维建模,然后根据零件图和数控加工的特点,对动涡盘进行工艺分析,确定合适的加工方案,再使用Mastercam软件进行数控加工参数的设置,并进行仿真加工,检验数控加工刀路设计的可行性和科学性,最后自动生成数控加工的程序,从而节省产品试制成本。
Dynamic vortex plate is the core part of electric compressor,with complex structure and high precision requirements,which must use precision CNC machining technology to meet its performance requirements.Considering the complexity of dynamic vortex plate structure,the CNC programming adopts the automatic programming method.In the design,3D modeling of dynamic vortex plate is carried out using Mastercam software,then process analysis of dynamic vortex plate is carried out according to the part drawing and the characteristics of CNC machining to determine the suitable machining scheme,and then the CNC machining parameters are set using Mastercam software.Simulation machining is carried out to check the feasibility and scientificity of the CNC machining toolpath design,and finally the program of CNC machining is automatically generated,so as to save the cost of product trial production.
