摘要
液氢储罐是氢存储型加氢站的关键存储设备,为了深入研究其结构设计及使用工艺流程,文中对30 m3液氢储罐进行了热性能分析。根据预冷过程的工艺流程分析结果,探讨进口介质流量、降温速率、预冷时间之间的相互影响规律。利用数值仿真模拟储罐低温氢气预冷过程中的罐内温度场、流场分布情况,为今后实际工程中预冷过程进口物料控制策略提供参考。
Liquid hydrogen storage tank is a key storage equipment of liquid hydrogen storage type hydrogenation station.To study its structure design and process flow,this paper analyzes the thermal performance of 30 m3 liquid hydrogen storage tank.According to the analysis results of the process flow of the precooling process,the interaction rules among the inlet medium flow,cooling rate and precooling time are discussed.The numerical simulation is carried out to simulate the temperature field and flow field distribution in the tank during the low-temperature hydrogen precooling process of the tank,which provides a reference for the control strategy of imported materials in the precooling process in the future.
