西昌市鲜食葡萄农药污染特征及膳食摄入风险评估

Pesticide Pollution Characteristics of Fresh Grapes and Risk Assessment of Dietary Intake in Xichang City

摘要 通过对西昌市大型葡萄生产基地上市的69个批次葡萄进行了农药残留检测,通过食品安全指数(IFS)和风险系数(R)对儿童和成人膳食摄入风险进行评估。结果表明:所检69批次葡萄中有1批次超标,超标率为1.45%,除了丙环唑无法进行判定外,其余均合格;检出种类最多的为杀菌剂22种,检出率最高的农药为嘧霉胺(85.51%),存在杀菌剂混用或复配现象;通过IFS分析可知,所检测农药对葡萄质量影响风险在可接受范围内;R分析所检农药除螺螨酯是中风险农药外,其余均为低风险,应加强螺螨酯农药在葡萄上的使用监督。 Pesticide residues were detected in 69 grape samples from large grape production base in Xichang City,and the grape dietary intake risk of children and adults were estimated by the safety index(IFS)and risk coefficient(R).The results showed that 1 of 69 grape samples was exceeded the standard,while the over⁃standard rate was 1.45%.All the grape samples were qualified except that propiconazole could not be de⁃termined.For 22 fungicides with detectable residues which indicated fungicides mixed,and the fungicides with the highest detection rate was py⁃rimethanil(85.51%).The residues of the pesticides influence of grape quality was acceptable through IFS.The pesticides detected by risk coef⁃ficient analysis were all low⁃risk pesticides except spirodiclofen,which was a medium⁃risk and should be strengthened to supervise,the registra⁃tion and use of pesticides on grapes should be expanded,and the publicity of scientific drug use should be strengthened.Only when grapes reach a safe interval can they be put on the market.
