摘要
胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)是一种以反酸、烧心为主要症状的消化系统疾病,是多种因素造成的以食管下括约肌功能障碍为主的胃食管动力障碍疾病,临床治疗以药物及个人生活起居调护为主,以达到改善患者症状甚至治愈GERD的目的。中医学认为,GERD是由于各种因素导致胃失和降、胃气上逆而引起。小柴胡汤是《伤寒论》“少阳病篇”中和解少阳的代表方,中医在临床上单独运用小柴胡汤或联合西药治疗GERD,疗效确切。与西医治疗比较,小柴胡汤加减治疗GERD的优势在于可以明显改善患者症状,降低复发率,降低不良反应发生率,提高治愈率等,极大地改善了患者的生活质量。文章从中医理论对GERD、小柴胡汤以及小柴胡汤治疗GERD的临床运用及药理作用等方面,对目前国内运用小柴胡汤治疗GERD的现状进行论述,以期为临床更深层次探究小柴胡汤治疗GERD的临床和基础研究提供参考。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a digestive system disease with acid reflux and heartburn as the main symptoms.It is a gastroesophageal motility disorder mainly caused by lower esophageal sphincter dysfunction caused by various factors.The main purpose of improving the symptoms of patients and even curing GERD is to focus on drugs and personal life and daily care.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that GERD is caused by various factors that lead to the loss of the stomach and the lowering of the stomach Qi.Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)is the representative formula for reconciling Shaoyang in the“Shaoyang diseases chapter”of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine uses Xiaochaihu Decoction alone or in combination with Western medicine to treat GERD with definite curative effect.Compared with traditional western medicine treatment,the advantages of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of GERD are that it can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the cure rate,which greatly summarizes the quality of life of patients.This article discusses the current domestic application of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of GERD from the aspects of clinical application and pharmacological effects of GERD,Xiaochaihu Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of GERD,in order to further explore the clinical application of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of GERD,to provide reference for clinical and basic research.
