摘要
黄连解毒汤是清热解毒的经典名方,也是可产生“自沉淀”的代表方。由三黄(黄连、黄芩、黄柏)和栀子4味药物组成,所含化学成分复杂多样,导致其药理作用广泛,且其煎煮产生的“自沉淀”也具有一定药理作用。该文通过查阅黄连解毒汤及其“自沉淀”的大量文献,发现黄连解毒汤及其“自沉淀”中共有成分有黄芩苷、小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀和汉黄芩苷,但在“自沉淀”中尚未发现栀子苷。在药理作用方面,黄连解毒汤及其“自沉淀”均具有抗炎、抑菌和保护神经细胞的作用。因此通过对黄连解毒汤及其“自沉淀”化学成分和药理作用的梳理总结,以期为黄连解毒汤的开发、利用提出一些参考,实现黄连解毒汤及其“自沉淀”最大化的应用与研究。同时为可产生“自沉淀”中药复方的研究和临床应用提供新的思路和参考,最终实现“自沉淀”部位的药用价值及复方药物中“自沉淀”的二次开发。
Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(黄连解毒汤),it is not only the classical ancient prescription of clearing heat and detoxifying,but also the representative prescription of producing“self-precipitation”in the process of cooking.As Huanglian Jiedu Decoction is made up of four herbs:Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)and Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus),it contains a variety of substances,resulting in a wide range of pharmacological effects.In addition,its“self-precipitation”has certain pharmacological effects.In this paper,by reviewing a large number of literature on Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and its“self-precipitation”,it is found that the shared components of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and its“self-precipitation”include baicalin,berberine,coptine,bamatine and baicalin,but gardenia glycosides have not been found in“self-precipitation”.In terms of pharmacological effects,Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and its“self-precipitation”have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and protective effects on nerve cells.Therefore,through the combing and summarizing of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and its“self-precipitation”,it is hoped to put forward some reference for the development and utilization of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,and realize the maximum application and research of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and its self-precipitation.At the same time,it provides new ideas and references for the research and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine compound that can produce“self-precipitation”,and finally realizes the medicinal value of self-precipitation site and the secondary development of“self-precipitation”in compound drugs.
