摘要
目的 探讨重组人干扰素(rhIFNα-2b)凝胶+微波治疗联合方案应用在宫颈炎伴随人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的疗效及对宫颈环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、血前列腺素E2(PG E2)表达水平的影响。方法以2019年1月-2021年1月收治患者为研究对象,病例对象为宫颈炎伴随HPV感染患者,选取数量为120例。盲选法分为观察组(微波+rhIFNα-2b凝胶联合治疗)与对照组(单一微波治疗)。对比两组疗效及COX-1、PGE2表达量。结果 两组患者在临床治疗总有效率方面显示出均衡性表现(P>0.05);观察组治愈率相较于对照组处在更高水平,组间比较表现出统计价值(P<0.05)。观察组患者在创面愈合、阴道流血、排液持续时间处在低于对照组水平,组间比较表现出统计价值(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,两组患者在免疫球蛋白A、G、M(IgA、IgG、IgM)指标方面均显示出升高现象,并且观察组各项指标相较于对照组显示出更高水平,组间比较表现出统计价值(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,两组患者在COX-2、PGE2方面的表达量显示出降低表现,并且观察组相较于对照组显示出表达量更低的表现,组间比较表现出统计价值(P<0.05)。结论 rhIFNα-2b凝胶+微波的联合治疗方案能够在宫颈炎伴随HPV感染患者的治疗中显示出较为理想的效果,不仅可改善机体的免疫机能,还能抑制COX-1、PGE2的表达。
Objective To explore curative effect of recombinant human interferon(rhIFN)α-2b)gel+microwave combination scheme for cervicitis patients accompanied by human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and influence on expression levels of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and prostaglandin E2(PG E2)in cervix.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with cervical inflammation accompanied by HPV infection from January 2019 to January 2021 as study objects,and divided them into observation group(microwave+rhIFNα-2b gel combination treatment)and control group(microwave treatment only)with blind selection method.Curaitve effect and expression levels of COX-1 and PGE2 were compared between two groups.Results There was balanced performance in terms of overall clinical treatment effect between two groups,(P>0.05).Cure rate of observation group was higher than control group,comparison between groups showed statistical value(P<0.05).Levels of wound healing,vaginal bleeding and drainage duration in observation group were lower than control group,with statistical value(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed increase in immunoglobulin A,G and M(IgA,IgG,IgM)indicators,levels of various indicators in observation group were higher than control group,with statistical value between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,expression levels of COX-2 and PGE2 in two groups decreased,expression levels in observation group were lower than control group,comparison between groups showed statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion RhIFNα-2b gel+microwave therapy can achieve ideal effect in treatment of cervicitis patients accompanied by HPV infection,can improve immune function of the body,inhibit expression of COX-1 and PGE2.
