摘要
目的 探究分析高压氧辅助颅内动脉支架置入术对脑梗死神经功能的影响及对康复的积极意义。方法 择取本院收治的120例脑梗死患者,随机划分为对照组(颅内动脉支架置入术联合常规治疗,60例)与观察组(高压氧辅助颅内动脉支架置入术治疗,60例),对照探究两组治疗前后平衡能力、肢体运动功能、神经功能、日常生活能力等指标的改善效果与临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗后Berg平衡量表评分、简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表评分、吞咽功能等级评估均低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后修正Rankin量表评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、日常生活能力评分以及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对脑梗死患者采取高压氧辅助颅内动脉支架置入术治疗方案,能够缓解其神经功能损伤程度,改善其肢体运动功能,提高平衡能力与日常生活能力,调整与优化脑血流灌注情况,加快身体康复速度,值得推荐。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen assisted intracranial artery stenting on the neurological function of cerebral infarction and its positive significance for rehabilitation.Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital in the past three years were randomly divided into the control group(60 patients with intracranial artery stenting combined with conventional treatment)and the observation group(60 patients with hyperbaric oxygen assisted intracranial artery stenting),and the improvement effects and clinical effects of balance ability,limb motor function,nerve function,ability of daily living and other indicators before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the score of Berg balance scale,the score of simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale and the rating of swallowing function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of modified Rankin scale,the score of stroke scale of the National Institutes of Health,the score of daily living ability and the total effective rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme of hyperbaric oxygenation-assisted intracranial artery stent implantation for patients with cerebral infarction can alleviate the degree of neurological injury,improve their limb motor function,improve their balance ability and ability of daily life,adjust and optimize the cerebral blood flow perfusion,and accelerate the speed of physical recovery,which is worthy of recommendation.
