摘要
目的:分析护理健康宣教对适龄女性两癌筛查意愿和心理状态的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月在泰安市妇幼保健院就诊的适龄女性146例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各73例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予护理健康宣教干预。比较两组两癌筛查知识掌握情况,两癌筛查知晓率、筛查意愿、参与率,心理状态。结果:干预后,观察组两癌早期可发现、两癌早期症状、两癌危险因素、两癌早期预防、两癌筛查意义评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组两癌筛查知晓率、筛查意愿和参与率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,观察组抑郁和焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:护理健康宣教的开展,有助于提升适龄女性两癌筛查认知水平,提高两癌筛查参与率,改善焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,应用价值较高。
Objective:To analyze the influence of nursing health education on the two-cancer screening willingness and psychological state of women at appropriate age.Methods:A total of 146 women at appropriate age who visited Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group was given nursing health education intervention.The two-cancer screening knowledge mastery,two-cancer screening awareness rate,screening willingness,participation rate and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of early detection of two cancers,early symptoms of two cancers,risk factors for two cancers,early prevention of two cancers,and two cancer screening significance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The two-cancer screening awareness rate,screening willingness and participation rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After the intervention,the depression and anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing health education is conductive to improving the two-cancer screening cognition level,increase the two-cancer screening participation rate,and improve thee anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions of women at appropriate age,with high application value.
