摘要
目的分析电针疗法辅助静态进展性牵伸(SPS)对肘部骨折术后患者肘关节功能康复效果。方法将我院2021年1月至2022年1月收治的肘部骨折术后后遗症患者80例,采用随机信封法将其分为针疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用SPS技术治疗,针疗组在对照组的基础上采用电针疗法,两组均接受治疗2个月,观察比较两组临床疗效、治疗前及治疗2个月后疼痛程度(VAS)、肘关节功能(MEPS)、活动范围(ROM)、生活质量(SF-36)。结果针疗组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组(77.50%,P<0.05);针疗组治疗2个月后肘关节功能MEPS评分、肘关节屈曲ROM及生活质量SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针疗法辅助SPS治疗肘部骨折术后患者,能有效恢复肘关节功能,减轻疼痛程度,扩大活动范围,从而提升康复效果及生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of electroacupuncture assisted static progressive stretch(SPS)on elbow joint function rehabilitation of patients after elbow fracture surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with postoperative sequelae of elbow fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into needle therapy group and control group with 40 cases each by random envelope method.The control group was treated with SPS technology,and the needle therapy group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group.Both groups received treatment for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,pain degree(VAS),elbow function(MEPS),range of motion(ROM)and quality of life(SF-36)of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of needle therapy group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of control group 77.50%(P<0.05).MEPS score,flexion ROM score and SF-36 score of quality of life in the needle therapy group were higher than those in the control group after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture assisted SPS in the treatment of postoperative elbow fracture patients can effectively restore elbow joint function,reduce the degree of pain,expand the range of motion,so as to improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life.
