摘要
良好的生态环境是最普惠的民生福祉,人民幸福是中国梦的本质要求。空气质量对农民幸福感是否具有显著影响,影响机理如何?基于天津的实地调查数据,运用结构方程模型、Bootstrap中介模型分析空气质量、地方政府信任对农民幸福感的影响机理,其结果显示:空气质量对农民幸福感有显著正向影响,对区(县)政府信任、乡镇政府信任、村委会信任也均有显著正向影响,且影响力随着层级的升高而依次提高。地方政府信任各维度对农民幸福感均有显著正向影响,其中村委会信任的影响力最大;地方政府信任各维度在空气质量对农民幸福感影响中发挥着部分中介作用。农村生态环境治理要不断优化以农民满意为导向的农村生态环境治理决策与评价体系,构建完善的民众诉求回应机制,提升农民对地方政府的信任度,强化农民主体地位,提升村庄治理水平。
A good ecological environment is the most inclusive well-being of the people,and people's happiness is the essential requirement of the"Chinese Dream".Does air quality have a significant impact on farmers'well-being,and what is the impact mechanism?Based on the data collected from the field survey in Tianjin,the study explores the influence mechanism of air quality and local government trust on farmers'happiness with structural equation model(SEM)and Bootstrap mediation model.The results indicate that air quality significantly boosts farmers'happiness.It also has profoundly positive effect on the county level government trust,township government trust and village committee trust,and the higher the government level,the more influence it may exert.Every dimension of local government trust playing a partial mediating role has positive effect on farmers'happiness,and the village committee trust has the biggest effect.Some policy implications are proposed from the following respects:optimizing the farmer-centered decision making and evaluation system on rural ecological environment improvement,establishing a sound mechanism responding to people's demands,enhancing farmers'confidence in local government through various measures,strengthening the dominant position of farmers,and improving village governance.
