浅部复杂地质条件下切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷技术及应用

摘要 由于贵州省纳雍县某煤矿存在煤层厚度大、埋深浅、留巷难度大、顶板松软等复杂问题。通过切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷技术工艺进行研究,以该矿10605工作面为研究对象,通过预裂爆破切缝和恒阻锚索补强支护为技术核心,结合巷道临时支护技术以及挡矸放漏风技术等方面分析了切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷开采工艺流程。结果表明:采用切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷技术实现了10605运输巷成功留巷,缓解了采掘接续紧张;并通过巷道底板铺设“工字钢+铁鞋”等技术解决了因顶板淋水较大、底板岩石吸水后膨胀,后期底鼓量较大等重要问题。 Due to the complex problems of large coal seam thickness,shallow buried depth and soft roof in a coal mine in Nayong County,Guizhou Province,it is difficult to retain roadway.Through the research on the technology of roof cutting and pressure relief without coal pillar self-forming roadway,taking the 10605 working face of the mine as the research object,the mining process of roof cutting and pressure relief without coal pillar self-forming roadway is analyzed from the aspects of roof cutting blasting technology,roof reinforcement support technology,roadway temporary support technology,air leakage prevention and fire prevention technology.The results show that the 10605 transportation roadway is successfully retained by using the technology of roof cutting and pressure relief without coal pillar,which alleviates the tension of mining and excavation.And through the roadway floor laying"I-steel+iron shoes"and other technologies to solve the important problems such as large roof water spray,expansion of floor rock after water absorption,and large amount of floor heave in the later stage.
