某钢结构门式刚架厂房加固改造设计研究 被引量:5

Study on the Reinforcement and Reconstruction Design of A Portal Frame Workshop of Steel Structure

摘要 既有建筑因荷载增大需对柱子进行加固,结合某钢结构门式刚架加固改造项目,提出一种对H型钢柱内部贴焊预制钢管混凝土柱的新型加固方法。使用ABAQUS对H型钢柱建立未加固、粘贴钢板法加固、内部贴焊预制钢管混凝土柱的三个模型,进行静力加载,对比三者的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、荷载-挠度曲线。结果表明:贴焊预制钢管混凝土柱加固法较原柱提高37.9%的受压承载力,位移延性系数提高14.7%,初始刚度提高119.5%,可作为新型加固方法。 The columns of existing buildings need to be strengthened due to the increase of load.Combined with the reinforcement and reconstruction project of a portal frame of steel structure,a new reinforcement method of pasting and welding prefabricated concrete filled steel tubular columns inside the H-shaped steel columns was proposed.ABAQUS was used to build three models of the H-shaped steel column,which are not reinforced,strengthened by pasting steel plate method,and internally welded prefabricated concrete filled steel tube column,to carry out static loading,and compare their failure patterns,load-displacement curves,and load-deflection curves.The results show that compared with the original column,the welded precast concrete filled steel tube column strengthening method can increase the compression bearing capacity by 37.9%,the displacement ductility coefficient by 14.7%,and the initial stiffness by 119.5%,which can be used as a new strengthening method.
