摘要
中国矿产资源较为丰富,新时期社会生产生活逐渐提高了对矿产资源的需求,导致矿山用地面临着前所未有的开采压力,因此矿山用地管理工作尤为关键。土地资源是社会生产生活的重要载体,资源开采离开土地将受到一定的影响和限制。国家针对矿山用地提出了一系列的方针政策,在对土地用途管制越来越严的大背景下,矿山用地存在的问题日渐凸显。为了进一步解决新时期下中国矿山用地存在的诸多问题,论文就这些问题进行分析,并提出具体的解决对策。
China is relatively rich in mineral resources.In the new era,social production and life gradually increase the demand for mineral resources,resulting in unprecedented mining pressure on mine land.Therefore,mine land management is particularly critical.Land resource is an important carrier of social production and life,resource exploitation will be affected and restricted to a certain extent.The state has put forward a series of policies for mine land use.Under the background of more and more strict land use control,the problems of mine land use have become increasingly prominent.In order to further solve the problems of mine land use in China in the new period,this paper analyzes these problems and puts forward specific countermeasures.
