摘要
目的探讨眼象健康成像仪(简称目诊仪)在临床胃癌诊断中的应用价值。方法本实验根据临床诊断将180例患者分为3组,胃健康组75例、胃良性疾病组60例、胃恶性肿瘤组45例,对3个实验组的眼象特征进行分析,依据眼象特征筛选出60例高危患者,进行电子内镜检查,分析目诊仪检测与电子内镜检查的诊断符合度,评估目诊仪在胃癌诊断中的有效性。结果胃恶性肿瘤组眼象高危情况人数占比47.50%,高于健康组和胃良性疾病组(P<0.05);60名经过眼象筛查为高危情况的患者,胃恶性肿瘤检出率为41.67%。结论眼象健康成像仪对于胃癌检出率高,对胃癌的临床辅助诊断具有重要意义。由于其无痛无创、准确便捷等特点,眼象健康成像仪可作为胃癌高危人群的早期筛查方法。
Objective To explore the application value of eye image health imager in clinical gastric cancer diagnosis.Methods 180 patients were divided into three groups according to clinical diagnosis,75 cases in the gastric health group,60 cases in the benign gastric disease group and 45 cases in the malignant gastric tumor group.The ocular features of the three experimental groups were analyzed,60 high-risk patients were selected based on ocular features,and electronic endoscopy was performed to analyze the diagnostic conformity between ocular diagnostic instrument detection and electronic endoscopy and to evaluate the effectiveness of ocular diagnostic instrument in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Results The number of ophthalmologic high-risk cases accounted for 47.50%in the group with gastric malignancy,which was higher than that in the healthy group and benign gastric disease group(P<0.05).The detection rate of gastric malignant was 41.67%in 60 patients who were screened for high-risk cases by ophthalmologic screening.Conclusion The eye image health imager has a high detection rate for gastric cancer and is of great significance in the clinical auxiliary diagnosis of gastric cancer.It can be used as an early screening method for high-risk groups of gastric cancer because of its painless,noninvasive,accurate and convenient characteristics.
