摘要
在“一流本科专业”视角下,响应国家“建设一流专业、培养一流人才”的时代号召,一流专业的实验室建设是发展运动康复专业的重中之重。为了推动运动康复专业实验室更好地发展,本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,以苏州大学体育学院为例,分析运动康复实验室建设现状与困境,并据此提出改革创新的优化路径。结果表明,运动康复实验室现有实验设备条件能够助力科研教学,丰富专业实践经验,但也面临实验教学意识薄弱、实验室利用分配限制和实验课程考核评价体系尚未形成的难题。为此,提出符合时代发展要求的优化路径建议:建立健全实验室规范化管理制度,积极开展实验课程体系建设,推动实验室融入信息化潮流,最终实现运动康复实验室更高质量的长久发展。
From the perspective of"first-class undergraduate programs,"the establishment of high-quality laboratories is crucial for the development of sports rehabilitation disciplines in response to the national call for cultivating top-tier professionals.We examined the current status and challenges faced in the construction of sports rehabilitation laboratories,using the School of Physical Education at Soochow University as a case study.By employing literature review and logical analysis methods,reformative and innovative optimization strategies are proposed.The findings reveal that the existing laboratory equipment provides support for research and teaching activities,enriching students'practical experiences.However,challenges such as limited awareness of laboratory teaching,restrictions on laboratory utilization,and the absence of a comprehensive assessment system for experimental courses are also identified.To address these issues,recommendations for optimization in line with the requirements of the modern era are put forth,including the establishment of standardized laboratory management systems,the proactive development of experimental course frameworks,and the integration of laboratories into the realm of information technology,ultimately ensuring sustained and high-quality development of sports rehabilitation laboratories.
