X线和多排螺旋CT对骨关节创伤的诊断价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨X线和多排螺旋CT对骨关节创伤的诊断价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月烟台市中医医院收治的50例疑似骨关节创伤患者为研究对象,分别运用螺旋CT三维重建成像技术、X线成像技术实施检查,以综合诊断结果为金标准。分析螺旋CT三维重建成像技术、X线成像技术的骨关节创伤符合率、灵敏度、特异度与准确度。结果CT的诊断灵敏度、精准度均高于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT检查的符合率胫骨为100.0%、肋骨(100.0%)、脊柱(100.0%)、盆骨(87.50%)均高于X线检查的42.86%、40.00%、38.46%、12.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000、4.883、5.263、4.3891,P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的骨关节创伤患者,运用螺旋CT三维重建成像技术较X线成像技术实施检查诊断效果更佳,诊断价值更高,可为临床诊治工作的实施提供有力参考。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT in bone and joint trauma.Methods 50 cases of suspected bone and joint trauma patients admitted to Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and spiral CT Iterative reconstruction imaging technology and X-ray imaging technology were used to carry out examinations,with the comprehensive diagnosis results as the gold standard.To analyze the coincidence rate,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of spiral CT Iterative reconstruction imaging technology and X-ray imaging technology for bone and joint trauma.Results The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of CT were higher than those of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of CT examination was 100.0%for tibia,100.0%for ribs,100.0%for spine,and 87.50%for pelvis,all of which were higher than that of X-ray examination(42.86%,40.00%,38.46%,and 12.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,4.883,5.263,4.3891,P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with bone and joint trauma admitted in clinic,spiral CT Iterative reconstruction imaging technology has better diagnostic effect and higher diagnostic value than X-ray imaging technology,which can provide a powerful reference for the implementation of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
