摘要
目的分析6S护理管理模式在急诊急救仪器管理中的应用效果。方法寿光和信医院急诊科于2020年1月开始实施急诊急救仪器6S护理管理,随机选择2020年1—12月内30名急诊急救仪器管理人员为本次研究的观察组,再以2019年1—12月内实施常规急诊急救仪器管理的30名管理人员为本次研究对照组。统计分析两种仪器管理方式的应用价值。结果观察组仪器位置摆放科学率、完好率以及仪器使用日志完整率均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组仪器发生故障情况比对照组低,仪器表面清洁率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除清扫耗时外,观察组各项操作耗时比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊急救仪器管理中,实施6S护理管理模式可取得理想管理效果。
Objective To analyze the application effect of 6S nursing management mode in emergency instrument management.Methods The emergency department of Shouguang Hexin Hospital began to implement 6S nursing man⁃agement of emergency first aid instruments in January 2020.30 emergency first aid instrument managers from January to December 2020 were randomly selected as the observation group of this study,and 30 managers who implemented routine emergency first aid instrument management from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group of this study.The application value of two instrument management methods is analyzed statistically.Results The sci⁃entific rate of instrument placement,the rate of completeness and the rate of instrument use log integrity in observa⁃tion group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The failure of the instrument in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the surface cleanliness of the instrument was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition to the cleaning time,the operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of emergency instrument,the implementation of 6S nursing management mode can achieve ideal management effect.
