摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术与腹横纹小切口手术治疗小儿疝气的效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2021年7月郓城县中医医院收治的疝气患儿60例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为腹腔镜组与腹横纹小切口组,各30例。腹腔镜组实施腹腔镜手术治疗,腹横纹小切口组实施腹横纹小切口手术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况、治愈率及复发率。结果:腹横纹小切口组切口长度长于腹腔镜组,手术时间、术后自主活动时间、术后排气时间、住院时间短于腹腔镜组,住院费用少于腹腔镜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治愈率、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疝气患儿采用腹腔镜手术与腹横纹小切口手术治疗,均能取得理想疗效,采用腹横纹小切口手术治疗可以减少住院时间、降低治疗费用,促进预后。
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery and abdominal transverse small incision surgery in the treatment of children hernia.Methods:A total of 60 children with hernia treated in Yuncheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into laparoscopy group and abdominal transverse small incision group,with 30 cases in each group.Laparoscopic surgery was performed in the laparoscopy group,and the abdominal transverse small incision surgery was performed in the abdominal transverse small incision group.The surgery related indexes,complications,cure rate and recurrence rate in two groups were compared.Results:The incision length in abdominal transverse small incision group was longer in the laparoscopy group,the operation time,postoperative spontaneous activity time,postoperative exhaust time,and length of hospital stay in abdominal transverse small incision group were shorter than those in the laparoscopy group,and the hospitalization cost in abdominal transverse small incision group was less than that in the laparoscopy group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in cure rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both laparoscopic surgery and abdominal transverse small incision surgery achieve ideal efficacy in the children with hernia.Abdominal transverse small incision surgery can shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce treatment costs,and improve the prognosis.
