摘要
目的:分析基于人文关怀的健康宣教在人工流产术后女性中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的100例需要开展人工流产手术的患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展基于人文关怀的健康宣教。比较两组人工流产知识掌握水平、自护意识。结果:护理前,两组人工流产知识掌握水平评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组人工流产知识掌握水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组个人卫生、正确用药、规范避孕3方面的自护意识评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组个人卫生、正确用药、规范避孕3方面的自护意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对于需要展开人工流产手术治疗的患者,在临床护理中进行基于人文关怀的健康宣教不仅可以在更大程度上提高患者人工流产认知水平,而且还更有利于促进其自护意识的提升。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of health education based on humanistic care in women after induced abortion.Methods:A total of 100 patients needing induced abortion surgery admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random table number method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.On the basis of control group,the observation group received health education based on humanistic care.The induced abortion knowledge mastery level and self-protection consciousness in two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in induced abortion knowledge mastery level between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of induced abortion knowledge mastery level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-protection consciousness scores of personal hygiene,correct medication and standardized contraception between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the self-protection consciousness scores of personal hygiene,correct medication and standardized contraception in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:For patients who need induced abortion surgery,health education based on humanistic care in clinical nursing can not only improve their cognitive level of induced abortion to a greater extent,but also promote the improvement of self-protection consciousness.
