摘要
目的:分析快速康复护理联合中医护理对髋关节置换患者围术期负性情绪、疼痛的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月于天等县中医医院骨科行髋关节置换术的患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组采取快速康复护理联合中医护理措施。比较两组患者护理前后疼痛评分、负性情绪。结果:治疗后,两组患者视觉模拟评分均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑得分量表与汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理配合快速康复护理可纠正髋关节置换患者围术期负性情绪,减轻术后疼痛。
Objective:To analyze the effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on perioperative negative emotions and pain in hip joint replacement patients.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent hip joint replacement in the Department of Orthopedics of Tiandeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of thirty cases.The control group adopted conventional nursing measures,and the observation group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with TCM nursing measures.Compare the pain scores and negative emotions of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results:After treatment,the visual analog scores of patients in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the Hamilton Anxiety Score Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores of patients in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine nursing care with rapid rehabilitation nursing can correct negative emotions in perioperative period and reduce postoperative pain in hip joint replacement patients.
