摘要
膨胀土广泛分布于我国西南地区,一般需要经过改良处理后才能用于工程建设中。当在膨胀土段修铁路、公路时,膨胀土一般都会被丢弃,造成巨大浪费的同时,还会影响环境。本项目将化学改良后的膨胀土用作路基填料,为保护环境、节约施工成本,取得了成功的施工经验。在室内试验研究不同水泥掺量时,确定改善膨胀土时,水泥的最佳掺量,如膨胀土自由膨胀量、无侧限抗压强度、边界含水量等指标,并结合现场路基填筑路拌法试验段总结出最佳虚铺厚度、压实机械、压实遍数等参数。
Expansive soil is widely distributed in southwest China and generally cannot be used in engineering construction unless being improved and processed.During the construction of subways and highways in a section with expansive soil,expansive soil is usually discarded,resulting in huge waste and damage to the environment.Our project department used chemically modified expansive soil as subgrade filling and achieved successful construction experience in protecting the environment and saving construction cost.When the different cement content was studied in indoor tests,the time to modify expansive soil and the best cement content such as indicators of the free expansion of expansive soil,unconfined compressive strength and boundary water content were confirmed,and the best parameters of optimum paving thickness,compaction machinery and compaction times were summarized by combining with the on-site subgrade filling test section that uses the road-mixing method.
