输变电工程数字设计与信息管理一体化平台研究

摘要 在电网的规划、设计、施工、运行全生命周期过程中,亟需打通数字壁垒,深度应用先进信息技术,建设一体化的数字平台。所设计平台基于“电网一张图”的理念,以地下、地表、地上多元地理信息数据为载体,以电网拓扑结构、高清影像数据、三维设计模型、高精度电网运行数据为基础,实现对输变电工程的多层次直观展现和多维度信息整合,实现高精度的电网智慧勘察、规划、设计,为嘉兴城市电网的建设和生产管理提供数字支撑。 In the whole life cycle of power grid planning,design,construction and operation,it is urgent to break through the digital barrier,deeply apply advanced information technology and build an integrated digital platform.Based on the concept of“one map of power grid”,the platform takes underground,surface and above ground multiple geographic information data as the carrier,and takes power grid topology,high-definition image data,threedimensional design model and high-precision power grid operation data as the basis to realize multi-level direct display and multi-dimensional information integration of power transmission and transformation projects,and realize highprecision smart survey,planning and design of power grid,it provides digital support for the construction and production management of Jiaxing urban power grid.
