摘要
为了检测可吸入颗粒物浓度这一大气环境监测中的重要指标,该文基于Mie散射理论,在粒子计数法检测原理的基础上,设计了一个颗粒物质量浓度实时监测系统,主要功能模块包括光路系统、信号处理电路、蓝牙模块、单片机系统和移动端蓝牙APP等。其中光路系统包括激光器和光电探测器;信号处理电路进行信号的转换、滤波和放大;单片机系统负责控制和数据处理,接收测量信号并进行数字滤波和差值运算,经过线性校正得到颗粒物质量浓度。此数据通过蓝牙模块发送给移动端APP显示。该系统相对于美国TSI传感器检测结果的平均相对误差约为7%,证实了该系统不仅成本低,且具有较高的精确度和稳定性。
In order to detect the concentration of inhalable particles,which is an important index in atmospheric environmental monitoring,a real⁃time monitoring system for particle concentration is des⁃igned based on the Mie scattering theory and the detection principle of the particle counting method.The main functional modules include an optical path system,signal processing circuit,Bluetooth module,microcontroller system,and mobile Bluetooth APP.The optical system includes a laser and a photodetector;the signal processing circuit converts,filters and amplifies the signal;the microcontroller system is responsible for control and data processing,receiving the measurement signal,performing digital filtering and difference calculation,and obtaining the mass concentration of particulate matter through linear correction.The average relative error of the system compared with the detection results of the US TSI sensor is about 7%,which confirms that the system is not only low cost,but also has high accuracy and stability.
