摘要
针对唐钢长材系统投产初期由于铸坯温度低、钢轧节奏不匹配等原因导致棒材直轧产量较低的问题,从钢轧生产节奏、钢水稳定性、铸坯温降、轧机压下量等方面对方坯直接轧制技术进行了研究。结果认为:直轧时拉速应不低于3.5 m/min,中间包过热度控制在15~30℃;根据热轧带肋钢筋规格确定连铸机选用4流或5流生产,并且钢水要窄成分控制;铸坯运输过程中必须减少铸坯散热,保证铸坯温度满足开轧温度要求;直轧时粗轧机冲击扭矩比常规加热炉轧制时升高问题,可通过优化轧机压下量,使各轧机负荷合理分配。优化措施实施后,直轧生产的热轧带肋钢筋产量稳步提高,产品性能满足国标要求。
Aiming at the problem of low bar direct rolling output due to low billet temperature and mismatch of steel rolling rhythm in the early stage of Tangsteel long product system,the direct rolling technology of billet was studied from the aspects of steel rolling production rhythm,molten steel stability,billet temperature drops and rolling mill press down.The results show that the tensile speed should not be less than 3.5 m/min during straight rolling,and the superheat of tundish should be controlled at 15~30℃.According to the specifications of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars,the continuous casting machine is selected for 4-flow or 5-flow production,and the molten steel should be controlled by narrow composition;during the transportation of the casting billet,the heat dissipation of the billet must be reduced to ensure that the casting billet temperature meets the requirements of the rolling temperature;the impact torque of the roughing mill during direct rolling is higher than that of the conventional heating furnace rolling,and the load of each rolling mill can be reasonably distributed by optimizing the amount of rolling mill press down.After the implementation of the optimization measures,the output of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars produced by direct rolling has steadily increased,and the product performance has met the requirements of the national standard.
