摘要
目的 探讨养血扶正膏辅助治疗气血两虚证产后贫血的效果。方法 选取苏州市第九人民医院2021年4月—2022年8月收治的80例产后贫血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组予以重组人促红素注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予养血扶正膏治疗。治疗8周后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、生化指标、生活质量及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%,P <0.05)。治疗后,两组血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)、血清铁(SI)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平均较治疗前升高(P <0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P <0.05,P <0.01);两组健康测量量表(SF-36)评分均较治疗前升高(P <0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 气血两虚证产后贫血以养血扶正膏辅助治疗,不仅能缓解患者临床症状,改善其贫血状态,同时能提升患者生活质量,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of Yangxue Fuzheng Ointment in treating postpartum anemia with Qi and blood deficiency.Methods A total of 80 patients with postpartum anemia admitted to the Ninth People's Hospital of Suzhou from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control and observation groups by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were injected with recombinant human erythropoietin,and those in the observation group were treated with Yangxue Fuzheng Ointment on the basis of the control group.After eight weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,biochemical indexes,quality of life,and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),serum iron(SI),and serum ferritin(SF)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01);the scores of health measurement scales(SF-36)of the two groups were higher after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Fuzheng Ointment is effective in treating postpartum anemia with Qi and blood deficiency.It can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their anemia,and enhance the quality of life of patients,with high safety.
