摘要
探索“一站式”学生社区育人方式是创新高校育人方式的有效途径,也是打造“三全育人”实践阵地的重要抓手。在新时代背景下,探索“一站式”学生社区育人方式也是落实“五育并举”的内在要求。当前“一站式”学生社区面临着大学生群体对学生社区的归属感不强,育人主体对“一站式”学生社区育人的理念认识存在偏差以及学生社区内网络化、信息化程度不高等问题。为此,需要强化大学生的主体地位,提高大学生参与的积极性;加强学生社区育人队伍建设,凝聚学生社区育人共识;利用网络信息媒体,搭建学生社区网络育人平台。
Exploring“one-stop”student community education is a necessary way to innovate university education and an important initiative to cultivate talents and innovative training system in universities.In the background of the new era,the innovation of“one-stop”student community education is also an important way to cultivate new talents and talents needed by the times.At present,the“one-stop”student community still faces the problems of insufficient leadership of party building in the student community,weak sense of belonging to the student community among college students,deviation in the understanding of the concept of“one-stop”student community education by the education subjects,and lack of network and informationization in the student community.The problems are that the degree of networking and informatization in the student community is not high.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen the leading role of the party organization and improve the party construction mechanism of the student community;to strengthen the main position of the students and increase the enthusiasm of the students'participation;to strengthen the construction of the student community education team and gather the consensus of the student community education;and to use the network information media to build the network education platform of the student community.
