摘要
目的 分析成都市新都区2012—2021年麻疹流行病学特征,评价麻疹专病报告管理系统的运转情况,为麻疹防控策略提供科学依据。方法 按现住址为成都市新都区和统计按报告地区为成都市新都区分别从中国疾病预防控制信息系统麻疹监测信息报告管理系统中导出2012—2021年麻疹报告病例数据,采用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2012—2021年成都市新都区按现住址统计共报告麻疹监测病例352例,其中确诊病例32例。确诊病例中男女性别比为1.67∶1,0~14岁22例(68.8%);≥18岁成年人9例(28.1%)。按报告地区统计共报告麻疹监测病例233例,确诊病例13例。2012—2021年,新都区麻疹监测系统敏感性除2015年、2021年外,均达到排除麻疹风疹病例报告发病率2/10万以上,2019年排除病例报告发病率最高,达5.6/10万。及时性均达100%,特异性均达85%以上。结论 2012—2021年成都市新都区的麻疹均维持在2/10万以下的地区发病率水平。18岁及以上的确诊病例占28.1%,提示成年人的麻疹感染问题应加以重视。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles and evaluate the operation condition of the Measles Surveillance System(MSS)in Xindu District of Chengdu City from 2012 to 2021,and to provide scientific basis for measles prevention and control strategy.Methods The data of reported measles cases from 2012 to 2021 were extracted from the MSS of the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System according to the current address and reporting area in Xindu District of Chengdu City,respectively.SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis,and P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results A total of 352 measles surveillance cases were reported in Xindu District of Chengdu City from 2012 to 2021 according to the current address,including 32 confirmed cases.The male to female ratio of confirmed cases was 1.67∶1.There were 22 cases(68.8%)aged 0-14 years old and 9 cases(28.1%)aged above 18 years old.A total of 233 measles surveillance cases were reported in Xindu District of Chengdu City from 2012 to 2021,according to the reporting area,including 13 confirmed cases.From 2012 to 2021,except in 2015 and 2021,the sensitivity of the MSS in Xindu District,reached more than 2/105reported incidence of measles and rubella cases.In 2019,the incidence of excluded cases was the highest,reaching 5.6/105.The timeliness was 100%and the specificity was more than 85%.Conclusions In recent years,the incidence rate of measles in Xindu District remained below 2/105.The number of confirmed cases aged≥18 years accounted for 28.1%,suggesting that measles infection in adults should be taken seriously.
